The date on this thing notwithstanding, it is not yet actually my birthday. I've still got an hour and forty minutes to go before I can open my card and present.

Called NuBoss (tm). Went to dinner with Joy. Tried to pack a bunch of things into the course of a human life a day. Talked to Tammy for a couple of hours.

Am thoroughly beat but can't go to bed yet because I haven't done some of the shit I was supposed to do.
