Ah, the House That Sam Built. Well, 'tis far better than nothing, esp. in this economy and money is money and nothing to sneeze at. XD The rabble-rousing portion of your time there shall no doubt serve your customers in good stead.
Cell phones are evil and if I could permanently do away with mine (we have a pay as you go plan and it works quite satisfactorily most of the time), I most certainly would.
