Thanks to modern medicine, I have made a dramatic and death-defying recovery!!! (Or not, but hey, it's not like it was going to get better if I left it alone. ^_-)
My employer is Wal-Mart, and every bad thing you've ever heard about them is pretty much true. Even so, they don't typically fire for calling in twice in one week, unless it's the culmination of a long absenteeism problem or you don't call in. I guess I was being a little overdramatic again. ^^;
