The garden has succeeded beyond my wildest dreams. XD Since this was written, we have more cucumbers coming in and one of the Brandywines was ready to pick and eat (verdict: its only crime was being born DELICIOUS). Also, we can expect another zucchini and a fourth eggplant has appeared. I am starting to think that these eggplants just don't grow very large.
I've kept 4 pounds off. Whoo-hoo! I can feel your try-and-fail-and-try-again pain. XD
