Okay, so remember how I fell in the shower last week and I banged up my right side from the thigh down?

My right foot has a huge bruise along the side, and it's horrendously bloated. (The bruise has faded from what it was, though.) I'm talking it-hurts-like-fuck-to-put-my-shoes-on bloated. The difference between it and my left foot is obvious even to an idiot. I don't really have a lot of bloating problems in the summer, except during Happy Fun Week every month, but this is bizarre.

Seriously, I'm about ready to lance my foot if it'll drain the excess whatever. I don't even know what causes the bloat, all I know is that I want it to, like, not be in my foot anymore.

Apropos of nothing, the current music was Our Song when Jared and I were dating. In case, like, [livejournal.com profile] zyphryus wanted to relive the Speeshul Memowies in case she sees this from England.

...I just got a little bit queasy. This lancing business, on top of watching my best friend have a bag o' blood hooked up to her IV port in the hospital today, is gonna make me throw up everything I ate for supper.

But it's my fault for reading an entry with a subject like that, so! x_x

I don't think I've ever had something bloated like that. The worst I've had are my fingers when it's hot outside. I have had, though, a rather embarrassing condition which consisted of a tiny hair growing inwards to form a nice boil. It came back around three times, I think, before I went and was operated on. Then not so long ago it came back, just in a different place and a smaller version, and presumably a different hair. Ah yes. Life can be so sweet.

Oh no. Now I told. >.>

FrankenFoot reminds me of my precious FrankenFingers! Seriously though, if that persists much longer you ought to get it looked at. It could be a clot that drifted free from your shin bruise and settled down by your foot. Free-floating clots are not something you really want to mess with since pieces can break free and get to your heart and cause REAL damage.
