forgottensanity and jurhael, I've put in a support request about the obnoxious failure of WebFTP lately. I can tell you that when I log in, I can see that your files are there, but I cannot pull them up in my browser. Hopefully, this is something we can resolve easily.

If it isn't, well, the good ship XFO will be switching to Dreamhost when its time is up this year, because I've been less and less pleased with PowWeb's service over the past year.

I checked the MB and it says that you need to use this address: ftp.powweb.com

But, yea, sending a support request is a great idea! I hope the response is quick. :/

I tried to use that address. It doesn't work for me, but I upload files via WebFTP and not with an FTP utility.

I haven't heard back from them yet, but we'll see. :\
