It's six a.m. I got up at one and went back to bed at two. (I'd gone to bed at eight-something because this fucking tires me out.) I set my alarm for five-thirty and thrashed around for aeons before I nodded off God-knows-when. I feel like I'm only about half-alive.

On the other hand, I'm sure I'll get plenty of sleep when I'm dead.

I am certain that the whole "end of the world" shtick is entirely overrated. I doubt we'll be missing much. You know how the media gets everyone all worked up about something and then it turns out to be just another Felicity or Dawson's Creek type show.

If Evangelical Protestant types are getting all worked up over it, I think it's probably not that big a whoop. ^_- But yes. The end of the world sounds rather anticlimactic, if anything.
