We Are Sorry for the Inconvenience

This past week has been highly of the suck, and I can't really figure out why; it wasn't work-related and it wasn't one of those weeks that's basically just an avalanche of Suck. General malaise, maybe. Anyway, it started out as ITZ 2 HAWTT DOAN BOTHR ME, though that's been ameliorated by the fact that we finally caved and put on the A/C yesterday. (H has been taunting me because HE can have the A/C on whenever he wants. Some people.) I haven't gotten anything done this week, aside from making a car payment and starting my new stint as an employee of Former Client. (The latter, actually, has been okay.)

I have had a yen to go out and buy some crap to eat, even though I know junk food will make me feel worse and hate myself. I may still buy the crap but figure out some way to make it last for more than five minutes.

Also, I think part of it is this RPG I'm in; I'm not sure if it warrants a BRPS post or not. I kind of feel like it doesn't until/unless I've talked to the other person first, except it's probably too late to do that and now it's just passive aggression. AARGH.

The stuff I bought off Amazon still hasn't arrived, but it was kind of silly of me to expect it today. HAHA @ l33.

Most of the apartments I want to look at in Bloomington either a.) are on the campus bus lines but don't meet my other requirements in some way, or b.) do meet my requirements but the location sucks ass. I probably won't start looking until late next month anyway; paying off the credit cards (or at least paying one of them off) and buying a new computer are things I want to do before I start moving at any rate.

I was going to go up today on account of I have library books due next week, but I think I'll just phone in the renewals rather than feeling guilty for falling even FARTHER behind on the reading.

Why can't you have the A/C on when you want? Does it object and start spitting nails? Does it tear itself out of the wall and start chasing after you with an axe? Is it really a double agent in disguise and you're being paid a large sum of money to keep him hidden? Is it Jacques Clouseau? Is it a falsely accused of treason born again Azcatarel worshipper with a minority complex and a sock fetish?! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, TELL ME, WOMAN! And don't tell me it's something boring like the price of electricity or something. I KNOW DIFFERENT!

Also, I like to shop for houses and flats. It's fun! It's less fun when they want you to pay, but that's not the point!
